Let’s Get (Re)Aquainted!

Hey there, my well-seasoned friend,

Whether you’re brand new here or have been walking this journey with me for a while, I thought it might be the perfect time to reintroduce myself—and give you a peek behind the scenes of what this work is all about.

So I pulled together a few of the most common questions I get asked (or that I ask myself when shaping the Well-Seasoned Woman space).

Here we go…

Q: So, who exactly do you work with?

R: I work with women—typically 40 and beyond—who are navigating the messy middle of midlife. These are the women who’ve checked a lot of boxes, supported a lot of people, and now feel a stirring: What about me? What’s next?

Whether they’re wrestling with perimenopause, feeling stuck in an old story, or longing to rediscover themselves in this season, I help them reconnect with their clarity, courage, and capacity.

Q: What do you actually do?

R: I’m a coach, educator, and creator. I guide women through my 13-part Well-Seasoned Woman Coaching Series, offer reflective tools like The Primer and The Field Guide & Journal, and create resources rooted in neuroscience, soul work, and seasonal rhythms.

My focus? Helping women embrace midlife as a transformative passage—not just something to survive.

Q: What makes your approach different?

R: I blend the magical and the practical. I believe in sacred pauses, somatic wisdom, moon cycles, and archetypes and I believe in getting things on the calendar, doing the reps, and rewiring your mindset.

I’m deeply attuned to the divinely given patterns that shape us—emotional, biological, psychological— and I help women turn those patterns into power, based on the sacred geometry of this ancient wisdom:  “To everything, there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven.”

Q: Do I need to be in crisis to work with you?

R: Nope. You just need to be ready for honest reflection and courageous change. Some of my clients come to me burned out and broken-hearted. Others come because something inside them is whispering (or yelling): It’s time.

Q: What do you believe about midlife?

R: That it’s not the end of something—it’s the doorway into everything you were truly meant to become. It’s a season for reclaiming your voice, redefining success, and renegotiating the way you show up for your life.

Not with hustle or pressure, but with clarity, depth, and joy.

Q: What’s one thing you want every woman to know?

R: That you’re not behind, you’re not broken, and you’re not too late. You are wired for this change. The way forward isn’t about proving yourself—it’s about trusting yourself.

Q: What’s something surprising about your work?

R: We laugh a lot. Yes, there are tears, deep conversations, and emotional breakthroughs—but there’s also levity, play, and celebration. Midlife doesn’t have to feel heavy. It can feel honest, whole, and even fun.

Q: What do you do when you get stuck?

R: I return to basics: breath, body, nature, words. I journal. I rest. I let things be messy and unfinished. I reach out to women who remind me who I am. I trust the divine seasonal pattern of life to carry me through.

Q: How can I take the next step with you?

R: Great question. You can:

Or just hit reply and say hi. I’d love to hear what season you’re in right now.
